Or the mention of Hilton maybe sending Don to Dallas, or the meeting with United Fruit—The whole series has been pitching these associations to us that it knows we’ll pick up on, but which, of course, could not mean anything to the characters.
It would have been more obvious if Cosgrove would have come in and said something like “I just landed a new client … the Texas Book Depository, and I have to go down to Dallas in a few weeks to meet with them. I’ll have to push my meeting with the Army Rifle Supply company forward to this week.”
So… you’re saying that Ken Cosgrove secretly masterminded the Kennedy assassination?
